Are there going to be anymore ASA tournaments this year? If So is there going to be enough people to work concession stands? If we host the ASA tournaments then will the concession stand even be open? As MOST of the baseball parents also have kids who play football. I know that B'ville and Hurricane offers a fall Baseball league why not Milton just a question. Maybe because so many kids play football, I think that if it was offered then more kids would be interested in baseball. I'M NOT AT ALL TRYING TO TAKE AWAY FROM FOOTBALL.
But this would give them a choice to decide which sport they prefer. And thanks for letting everyone know that there was work being done at the fields (after the work was done) glad to help.
Not every kid plays football, I know that this isn't Baseball season in Milton right now. And there's not a lot going on at the fields that pertains to baseball.
Maybe next season we could take a look at starting a fall baseball league for the KIDS. as the weather is cooling down at this time of the year and we don't have a lot of rain either.
!!!!Good Luck This Football Season Boys And Girls!!!!
GO HOUNDS!
THANK YOU |

MLL board had a great meeting last night and here are some things that came out of it......
-Sunday, Oct 12, will be a work day over at the fields. Anyone who can lend a hand willl be appreciated. The work starts at 1:00. Call Billy Malcomb at 544-5843 if you can help.
-Anyone who coached last year MUST turn their equipment in to be considered for a coaching position in the Spring. Coaches who have not done so already may turn in their equipment Oct 12 or contact a board member ASAP.
-Anyone who can help park cars at the field for the Pumpkin Fest call Daria at 412-2179.
-Board members will visit the students at Milton Elem. and MMS after the first of the year to spread the word about baseball and softball and attempt to get more children to play this year. |

| Remember that Culloden Elementary is also in your district. A visit should also be scheduled for there. |

| Approx. $6600 was collected by parking cars at our fields and asking only for a donation for MLL. Thanks to all who helped. The success of this weekend is a real testament to what we can do together!!!! |

What happens when the coaches have turned in their equipment to TP, and now it is no where to be found? TP states that he gave it all to CJ, so what about those coaches, if they would like to coach? |

i am sure that it will not be held against THEM, they only did what they were told by TP. we will probably never see that stuff again that is the only bad thing, now they will have to buy NEW stuff again! i guess it is all good though, considering the alternative????maybe they will be NICE and turn it ALL in????? |
